Consciousness Jewelry

Let me take you back to how this all got started. It began in the year 1979 when I was seven years old. I starred the Egyptian queen in my very first play at my church kids Bible class while the adults were attending service in the next room. My crown was made out of cardboard, pasta shells, glitter, paint, and plastic cabochons purchased from the dime store. My mother made my shiny gold crown and I stared at it all week sitting on the piano, growing in color, dimension, and sparkle. I couldn't wait until church to wear it.

Back then I would hear the adults speak about our crown in Heaven, and that a person added another jewel to his crown for whatever he or she did. I admired that cardboard crown and wondered what color jewels I would like to be placed in my Heavenly crown and could I request specific colors or where they might be placed? And yet, I also thought, why do I need to wait until I'm dead before I wear my Heavenly crown? Why should I wait until no one on Earth notices that I am a citizen of Heaven now, right here on Earth? I am a child of God right now! I don't have to wait until I am out of this body to honor that. And so, I vowed that one day I would make for me real crowns out of jewels and metal. I would wear my crowns, circlets, and head dresses with integrity and joy, announcing to the world proudly and with affection, that I am of God and God is of me.

As an adult this vow was fulfilled and manifested into the head pieces, or the Indigo Chakra amplifiers, you see below. Over the past thirteen years I have also expanded beyond circlets, although they are my first love, and turned my attention toward creating other consciousness jewelry and commissioned pieces. Combining strategic crystals, numerology, color, metals, and patterns, I alchemically bring to life one-of-a-kind pieces for the wearer.
